About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, Directed Content, the analyst sources, evaluates, and engages experts for research projects, ensuring high‑quality, relevant content for the AlphaSense Expert Transcript Library.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify the best‑fit experts for projects assigned by the Project Manager.
  • Work with your Project Manager to confirm and refine project scopes.
  • Perform email and LinkedIn outreach to prospective experts.
  • Coordinate and conduct calls with prospective experts to validate their background and fit for assigned projects.
  • Document experts’ relevant experience clearly and concisely to facilitate quick and accurate evaluation by Client Contributors.
  • Answer expert questions and handle objections to maximize onboarding of high‑quality experts.
  • Negotiate expert rates to minimize costs while aligning payment to the value of the expert’s insight and background.
  • Support scheduling of calls between experts and Client Contributors for your projects.
  • Monitor calls and troubleshoot any connectivity issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing, market intelligence, or a related role requiring proactive outreach and candidate/expert evaluation.
  • Proficient German speaker (C1/C2 level).
  • Inquisitive, energetic, organized, detail‑oriented, and goal‑oriented.
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to manage fast turnaround projects and meet deadlines.
