Reporting to the Operations Manager, Directed Content, the Directed Content Analyst is responsible for sourcing highest‑quality and most‑relevant experts for research projects. The role requires a deep understanding of industry territories, proactive research, and strong communication skills to assess and onboard experts. We are looking for proficient French speakers (C1/C2 levels).
What You’ll Do
- Conduct research to identify the best‑fit experts for projects assigned by the Project Manager.
- Work with your Project Manager to confirm and refine the scope of projects as you conduct research and sourcing.
- Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach to prospective experts.
- Coordinate and conduct calls with prospective experts to validate their background and fit for assigned projects.
- Document experts’ relevant experience in a clear and concise manner – facilitating quick and accurate evaluation of expert profiles by Client Contributors.
- Answer expert questions and handle objections to maximize the onboarding rate of high‑quality experts to our network.
- Negotiate expert rates to minimize costs while aligning payment to the value of the experts’ insight and background vis‑à‑vis the research target.
- Support the scheduling of calls between experts and Client Contributors for your projects.
- Monitor calls and troubleshoot any connectivity issues.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing, market intelligence, or a related role requiring proactive outreach and candidate/expert evaluation.
- Inquisitive – naturally interested in learning and quickly spotting patterns that help identify the best experts for a research project.
- Energetic – able to manage fast‑turnaround projects, meet deadlines and targets.
- Organized – able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Detail‑oriented – strong attention to detail, able to accurately document core elements of an expert’s skills or experience in relation to defined scope.
- Excellent communicator – engaging with industry experts to learn about their background and convey what participation means for our network.
- Goal‑oriented – motivated by the idea of delivering the best expert profiles to our Client Contributors quickly and efficiently.
