About the Role
Our Analysts are the driving force behind the transcripts on the platform. We’re redefining investment research by fostering a high‑performance culture and connecting with industry experts to grow our content. For this role we are looking for a native German speaker (C1/C2 levels).
Who You Are
- A track record of success in sales, recruiting, account management, sourcing or similar roles.
- Experience with strategic sourcing and cold outreach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident in engaging with C‑level executives.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.

- Source and prospect industry experts for customers on critical, time‑sensitive projects.
- Investigate, identify, and source industry information and experts using various tools.
- Contact decision‑makers and C‑level executives via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
- Connect investors with these decision‑makers to help them make best‑informed decisions.
- Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously in a performance‑driven environment.
- Control earnings potential by exceeding quotas and staying ahead of monthly metrics.
- Advance into customer‑facing account management, interacting daily with global institutional investors and hedge fund managers, and leading research projects.
