Our client is a leading global Legal recruitment company that provides executive search and recruitment solutions to clients on a global basis. They have a network of offices and delivered on assignments in over 50 countries last year. They are currently looking for driven, ambitious, and resilient individuals to join the team!

About the Role

Your responsibilities as a Legal Resourcer / Associate Recruitment Consultant will include:

  • Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for clients' recruitment requirements.
  • Qualifying and shortlisting candidates through in-depth interviews.
  • Harnessing social media & job boards to identify talent.
  • Increasing our candidate pools through referrals and executive searching.
  • Generating leads and market information.

Pay range, compensation package and benefits

  • Basic salary £30,000 – £32,000 with on target earning of £50,000 in first year
  • Non-threshold commission structure – to make sure that you start to earn commission on your first placement.
  • Flexible working.
