As a business, they specialise in Consulting and Banking markets. They have a presence in legal focused on placing more technical roles into law firms. They currently have 15 consultants with 8 individuals working in London and the rest working remotely or based internationally. They pride themselves on being flexible and providing an excellent environment for experienced professionals.
They are currently looking for a driven, ambitious consultant that can leverage their platform and grow a successful Legal recruitment division focused on Private Practice.
About the Role
Your responsibilities as a practice leader of Legal recruitment include:
- Establishing and building out a desk focused on Legal Private Practice.
- Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for clients' recruitment requirements.
- Qualifying and shortlisting candidates through in-depth interviews.
- Business development and existing client development.
- Increasing our candidate pools through referrals and executive searching.
- Managing the full 360 process.
- In time, building a team to focus on UK, Middle-East and US markets.
Pay range, compensation package and benefits
They envisage a basic salary likely to be Β£45,000 - Β£75,000 for a strong consultant but flexible on the package. Excellent commission structure, hybrid/remote working arrangements, expense account for networking with clients and candidates, excellent opportunities and routes for promotion, annual incentive trips & rewards run throughout the year, and global opportunities with a chance to work in Dubai or the US in the future.
