We’re hiring a Senior Associate to join a growing specialist search & talent intelligence business focused on global energy & commodities markets. This is an opportunity for an experienced researcher or junior consultant to take ownership of end-to-end mandates, build long-term client partnerships, and work across an established international network within bulk commodities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing retained search assignments from brief to placement
- Building and developing key client relationships
- Headhunting senior talent across global commodities markets
- Leading candidate and client processes end-to-end
- Supporting business development and growth initiatives
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative culture
What we’re looking for:
- Recruitment/search experience within commodities, energy, shipping, finance or adjacent markets
- Strong delivery and stakeholder management skills
