Trainee Recruitment Consultant London City office by Liverpool st station hybrid working – 2 or 3 days in office Basic salaries range £25,000 to £28,000 and first year on target earnings are £45,000. Our client, a talent and staffing business is looking to recruit 5 Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their fast growing team. They are currently one of the fastest growing companies in the UK and feature highly in the Times Top 100 companies to work for. They have a strong track record of training and developing junior talent and there has never been a better time to join the Industry. A number of junior consultants last year are on track to earn over £70,000 in theif first full year. This is an entry level recruitment role with amazing support. You will benefit from being around some of the highest performers in the industry and all consultants have their own individual training program. As a trainee recruitment consultant you will immediately start their award winning training program fast tracking your career and giving you all the tools you need to become one of the best recruitment consultants in the UK. You will be paid an attractive basic salary but will earn considerably more than this on top with commission. You will have the opportunity to go on up to 5 trips per year.
