Opportunity to work for a specialist executive search firm partnering with private equity investors and their portfolio companies to deliver CFO, C-suite and board-level talent across the UK and Europe. We’re looking for the first Recruitment Consultant hire. This isn’t a typical 360 recruitment role. It’s an opportunity to work directly alongside the founder, learn a high-value private equity search model, build your own specialist vertical, and play a key role in shaping the future of the business.

What You’ll Be Working On
- Executive and senior leadership appointments across private equity-backed and high-growth businesses
- CFO, Finance Leadership, C-Suite and Board-level mandates
- Retained and search-led assignments
- Business development, client engagement and search delivery
You’ll be involved throughout the entire hiring lifecycle:
- Client briefing and search strategy
- Market mapping and talent identification
- Candidate assessment and shortlisting
- Stakeholder management
- Offer negotiation and closing
This is a genuinely client-facing role where you’ll build relationships, not just source candidates.
