The Role
We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to build out a desk, working with our existing clients while developing new business.
This is a 360 role in a candidate-led market, where strong candidates open doors.
You’ll be:
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates (LinkedIn, applications, outreach)
- Taking candidates to market and managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Building new client relationships with high-growth businesses
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities
- Collaborating with a high-performing, supportive team
