We are looking for a senior finance or tech recruiter to join a high-performing recruitment team in the City. They have a significant number of key accounts within financial services and are looking for 2 tech-focused and 1 finance recruiter.
The Role:
- Finance Recruitment or Tech Recruitment (270/360): Full responsibility for billing, client development, and delivering finance talent (from Newly Qualified to CFO level) into a loyal client base, including retained mandates (25–30% of all business).
- OR Technology and Transformation into key accounts.
- Lead & Mentor: Support and mentor junior recruiters, shaping the growth and standards of the team particularly when the Director is out developing business.
- Client Development: Engage directly with clients at all levels, delivering best-in-class search, advisory, and recruitment solutions across financial services, private equity, and high-growth VC/portfolio companies.
- Path to Leadership: Step into Deputy responsibilities immediately; progress to Director-level as the current leader transitions into an MD role within the next few years.

You’ll Need:
- Proven Finance or Tech Recruitment Excellence: Recent, consistent billings and evidence of permanent or interim/contract considered.

- Mentoring Potential: Experience coaching/mentoring others is highly valued—ability to inspire and raise the bar for junior team members.
- Ambition: You’re looking for a route to director-level, excited by leadership, and are commercially minded.
