Our client is a market leading global GTM Search firm specialising in finding world-class talent for some of the world’s most innovative companies. They perform searches for venture capital backed start-ups/scale ups, who are some of the fastest growing companies in the world. They support their clients in hiring the leaders and teams who will help them grow from their earliest stages to becoming multi-billion-dollar enterprises in rapid time. Their work with start-ups is cutting edge working with rapidly changing industries which are being disrupted by technological innovation. About the Role
This is a Senior consultant/ Principal consultant role focussed on delivery, account management and management of associates. You will not be required to do business development, however you will need to be client facing and be credible supporting the MD and growth team on meetings. You will be focussed on retained GTM hires for startups and scale ups. You will work closely with an established team focussed on the delivery of retained, committed search and contingent GTM project hires. The team currently work on approx 80%-90% retained projects.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of retained assignments
- Develop team and business area
- Drive excellence of delivery and true partnership
- Senior account management of key accounts
- Training and development of team
- Data analysis of team performance and metrics
- Own the research and delivery function reporting weekly to key clients/Internal
- Produce high quality mapping documents, status reports and candidate appraisals
- Attend candidate and client meetings where required
- Capture and share relevant search, sector and market related information, trends, data and knowledge
- Assist with the preparation of compelling pitch documentation and business generation strategies
Required Skills
- Experience/Knowledge of recruitment into the GTM space
- Excellent track record in delivery
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressure
- Diligent time optimizer who can work quickly but with rigour and attention to detail
- Results focused with the drive to consistently deliver and exceed targets set
- Excellent communication & listening skills with the ability to distill complex information succinctly
- Demonstrates complete discretion and integrity

Pay range and compensation package will depend on your level:
- Senior Consultant: £45,000 with £90,000 ote
- Principal: £60,000 with £120,000 ote
- Senior Principal: £75,000 with £145,000 ote
