About the Company
Our client is a global financial services recruitment company with offices in London and the US. They have a network of offices and aggressive growth plans for 2025. As a business they specialise in placing candiates into Investment Banks, Private Equity funds and Law firms.
The role
They are looking an administrative assistant who can grow with the company and take on the role of office manager in due course.
You will work closely with the two Directors of the London office
Duties include:
Document management / contracts etc
engaging with supplier / handle renewals
CRM management / usage reporting
project work
expenses
organising events / socials
organising travel
Payroll / pensions / holiday allowance
financial reporting
interacting with marketing / website
plan and project manage office move when appropriate
work with MD and Founder on strategic tasks.
assist with internal hiring
Basic salary – £26,000 – £28,000
Annual bonus of between 10-20% of basic linked to achievement of objectives
