We are working with a highly respected executive search firm seeking to hire an experienced Researcher to support its growing Deep Tech and Technology practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 12 months’ experience in executive search (any sector), or an individual from a high‑end contingent recruitment environment looking to transition into retained, C-level work.

You’ll be joining a business with a strong track record of developing talent, offering clear progression through to Partner level. The firm operates exclusively at C-suite level, with an average fee size of c.£80k per placement, and is part of a wider global group, providing both stability and access to a broad, collaborative network.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market mapping and candidate research across the Deep Tech and wider Technology landscape
- Support senior consultants on retained, C-level mandates
- Build and maintain longlists of high‑calibre executive talent
- Engage with candidates and sources to develop market intelligence
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across different practice areas
