Recruitment Research Associate – The Role
As a recruitment research associate joining our client your role will be varied and fast-paced.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Extensive market mapping and research to source the top candidates in the market
- Working closely with a consultant to complete mandates, getting involved with the initial pitch all the way through to completion
- Headhunting candidates via phone, email and LinkedIn
- Contacting candidates on internal database and help produce adverts
- Ensure interest and commitment from the candidate prior to client/candidate introduction
- Complete competitor analysis for your client to ensure they are keeping up to date with their competition
- Build strong, long-standing relationships with your clients and candidates
- Partake in team activities and attend events
