About the Role
You will be joining an established team focussed on the growth of key accounts across the UK, US and Europe. Your role will be delivery focussed working on a mix of retained and contingent projects. With average fees of 25k-30k and an abundance of roles to work, this is a highly lucrative industry to work in.
Responsibilities
- Desk based research and market mapping
- Run the delivery of senior roles from brief to close
- Identify sources and prospects via desk-based research and conversations with key influencers in the clients network
- Qualify the suitability of candidates through in-depth phone screening and informal referencing
- Own the research process and delivery reporting weekly to key clients
- Produce high quality mapping documents, status reports and candidate appraisals
- Attend candidate and client meetings
- Capture and share relevant search, sector and market related information, trends, data and knowledge
- Assist with the preparation of compelling pitch documentation and business generation strategies
- Collate market intelligence and grow the clients network across key markets
