Client Partner / Executive Search Delivery Lead
Location: London, City location.
Basic Salary: ÂŁ75,000 | OTE: ÂŁ145,000.

About the Role
You will join as a Client Partner focused on building and expanding the delivery capability across key accounts. While you will not be responsible for client origination, you will work with the lead, senior management, and associates to manage client relations and execute search projects, predominantly for senior sales and commercial roles.
Responsibilities
- Build capability in hiring within the GTM space.
- Command the confidence of CROs and founders, acting as a credible partner.
- Grow and develop account relationships.
- Design and execute search strategies.
- Deliver outstanding project outcomes.
- Manage a team of associates and, when needed, recruit additional team members.
Candidate profile
You will have significant experience building Sales/GTM teams for VC‑backed start‑ups and be proactive in recruitment. Experience may be from agency, in‑house, or search backgrounds.
Pay range and compensation package
Basic salary up to ÂŁ75,000 depending on relevant experience. OTE of ÂŁ145,000.
