About the Role

To succeed as a Recruiter, you will need to be able to become familiar with concepts quickly through formal and informal learning. You will be a fantastic relationship builder and be able to convert relationships. You will embark on a 12-week training programme, quickly moving into a lucrative 360 role.

You will be paid an attractive basic salary but will earn considerably more than this on top with commission. As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will immediately start their award-winning training program fast-tracking your career and giving you all the tools you need to become one of the best recruitment consultants in the UK and US. Pay range and compensation package

£28,000 - £32,000 - Basic Salary, Market leading commission structure - £50,000 1st Year on target earnings rising to £70,000-£80,000 Year 2.
