Are you an experienced tech recruiter looking for step-change growth, autonomy, and the chance to own a niche? We are seeking senior recruiters and practice leads to help scale a high-growth tech division, spanning AI, blockchain, engineering, digital, GTM verticals.
Location: Hybrid (London office)

Experience: 2–6+ years in technology/engineering/AI/blockchain/digital recruitment;
Expertise: You may be niche (AI/blockchain/eng/digital/legal/marketing) or generalist tech but want to carve out your space.
BD/Delivery Blend: Comfortable developing clients but also happy supporting delivery if needed—warmer sales and team-based selling is our approach.
Location: London hybrid (3 days/week) preferred, but flexibility for part-remote after proving yourself. First hires in early-stage expansion get the best access to our warmest accounts and can rapidly build significant desks/verticals.
Earning Power: Market-leading commission and bonus structures (recent hires earning £70–100k+ first year, six-figures thereafter). Existing, signed terms with dozens of high-growth firms move faster and get in the door immediately.
