Central London (Great Portland Street) | Hybrid Working

£40,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (£100k+ potential)

We’re partnering with a highly respected boutique healthcare recruitment business that has spent the last 10+ years building one of the NHS market’s strongest reputations for quality, delivery and long-term client relationships. This is not a KPI-heavy, call-centre style recruitment role. This is an opportunity for an ambitious recruiter to step into a warm, established desk specialising in senior NHS interim appointments across operations, transformation, programme delivery and improvement.

You’ll work directly with senior NHS leaders on high-impact projects including:

  • Waiting list recovery
  • Operational turnaround
  • Transformation programmes
  • Service improvement initiatives
  • Executive and senior interim appointments

The business has built an exceptional reputation within the NHS and increasingly competes with major consultancies on healthcare transformation projects.

Why this opportunity stands out:

  • Warm desk with existing relationships and live requirements
  • Genuine long-term growth opportunity beyond initial maternity cover
  • Opportunity to move into executive search and consultancy-style recruitment
  • Highly consultative environment focused on credibility and relationships
  • Direct access to senior NHS decision-makers and transformation leaders
  • Boutique business where quality matters more than volume
  • Strong earning potential with no threshold commission structure

Commission Structure:

  • 20% commission on up to 2 placements per month
  • 25% commission on 3+ placements per month
  • No threshold before earning commission

Top performers in the business are earning well into six figures.

Hybrid Working:

  • 3 days per week in the office (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday)
  • Centrally located office near Great Portland Street with excellent transport links

Who they’re looking for:

This role will suit a recruiter who:

  • Builds relationships naturally
  • Enjoys consultative, insight-led recruitment
  • Wants to become a genuine market expert
  • Is motivated by success, reputation and earnings
  • Thrives in complex, senior-level recruitment environments

Public sector or NHS recruitment experience is helpful but not essential. The key requirement is the ability to understand client challenges deeply and operate as a trusted adviser rather than a transactional recruiter.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a respected growth business at an exciting stage of expansion, with the chance to build a long-term career in one of the UK’s most impactful recruitment markets.
