Base Salary: £30,000–£33,000
On-Target Earnings: £50,000+ in Year 1

Headhunting and identifying top-tier legal professionals globally
Conducting in-depth interviews and candidate assessments
Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients
Using LinkedIn, databases, and executive search techniques to map markets
Developing market knowledge and commercial awareness within your sector
