We’re TRIBE, and we’ve spent the last 10 years changing how brands and creators work together. Founded by Jules Lund, we’ve grown from an Australian start‑up into a global team across 4 offices, working with some of the world’s best brands and partnering with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, and Pinterest along the way. We're now looking for a Partnerships & Creator Manager to join our UK team, covering both the UK and US markets. This is a client‑facing, commercially minded role for someone who sits at the intersection of creator strategy, partnerships, and client impact. This is a genuine all‑rounder role, spanning sourcing, contracting, client engagement, and strategy across both the UK and US markets. If you know the UK landscape inside out, you’re across what's trending before it trends, and you love the mix of creative thinking and commercial strategy, we'd love to hear from you. If you know the US landscape too, that's a big plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Own creator strategy end‑to‑end, from brief to creator selection, negotiation, delivery, and performance.
- Partner with Sales and Account Managers to shape creator strategy for each campaign, from understanding client objectives and success metrics to translating briefs for execution teams across UK and US markets, with strategic input at pitch and pre‑sale stages.
- Be the client's go‑to, trusted, proactive, and always one step ahead.
- Spot and unlock upsell opportunities before the client even asks.
- Advise on creator pricing and budget allocation, structuring packages and deliverables to maximise client value and ensure strong commercial outcomes across UK and US markets.
- Lead sourcing across Creator and Partnerships workstreams, reviewing and approving shortlists, ensuring brand safety, and developing new channels including talent agencies and direct creator relationships.
- Lead or support negotiations for complex, high‑value, or high‑profile creators, handling escalations on pricing, deliverables, or creator issues.
- Build creator relationships that go beyond the campaign.
- Maintain oversight of creator delivery across campaigns, partnering with Campaign Managers to keep timelines on track and stepping in to resolve risks where needed.
- Connect the dots across Sales, Campaign Management, and Community to get things done.
- Turn data into a story that clients actually care about.
- Make TRIBE indispensable within every client's marketing strategy.
- Stay across UK and US creator trends, pricing benchmarks, and platform changes.
- Provide insights back to internal teams to continuously improve creator strategy and campaign performance.
To Qualify, You’ll Need:
- 3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or similar.
- Strong understanding of the UK/EU and US creator market, pricing, and platforms.
- Proven ability to translate client needs into effective creator strategies.
- Able to intuitively identify how creators align with a brand’s aesthetics, values, and audience.
- A deep understanding of the Creator Economy and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Proven experience sourcing, negotiating with, and managing creators and their teams.
- A good understanding of basic legal language and creating or collaborating on contracts (experience with influencer agreements a plus).
- Excellent understanding and intuition of Creator rates, campaign deliverables, and content licensing/usage terms.
- Experience working across both UK and US markets is advantageous.
And to truly thrive, you’ll have:
- A genuine obsession with creator culture, you follow it because you love it, not just because it’s your job.
- Strong commercial instincts- you understand how creator decisions drive revenue outcomes.
- The ability to balance creative instinct with commercial constraints and brand safety.
- Confidence in presenting your creator rationale to senior stakeholders without needing to over‑prepare.
- Resilience and a solutions‑first mindset: when things don’t go to plan, you figure it out.
- The ability to stay organized and across the details even when you’ve got a lot on.
- A collaborative, easy‑to‑work‑with energy that makes people want you in the room.
- Adaptability, as things move fast here, and that excites you more than it stresses you out.
What we will offer in return:
- The chance to work on campaigns with some genuinely iconic brands alongside creators who are doing really interesting things.
- A team that’s collaborative, down to earth, and good at what they do.
- Real ownership over your work: we trust people to get on with it.
- Room to grow as we continue to scale across the UK and US.
- A culture built on five values we actually try to live by: Grow, Own Your Impact, Adapt with Ease, Consciously Collaborate, and Embrace Uniqueness.
