We are looking to expand our amazing team. We are specifically looking for a Studio Coordinator to support our studio manager and oversee day to day operations at our New Town studio., * Your role will be to administer the individual studio you work at, supporting the Studio Manager and Commercial Manager. This includes but is not limited to:

Managing the front desk – signing in clients, taking calls, responding to emails and more

Checking clients into class & selling any products or services we provide.

Assisting teachers with the studio before and after class.

Taking inventory
-
Managing client memberships and accounts.

Maintaining and cleaning the reception area / bathrooms between classes.

Work closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the studio is up to standard. Coordinating with engineers/repair services as needed.

Supervising Karmi Yogis (studio volunteers).

Assisting with jobs from the Commercial Manager (Membership waitlist tracking, event poster design and more).

We are looking for a vibrant, outgoing, and engaging personality who is great with clients (especially at 6am!) and has an eye for detail.

You must be efficient, organised and able to multi-task.

Someone who has an understanding of yoga and wellness.
-
Your English should be excellent as writing and emailing are a big part of this position.

A strong understanding of Microsoft’s Word & Excel is preferred.
-
Experience in customer positions is not requirement, but is a nice plus.
