Location: Manchester Area Hybrid Minimum 2 days per week in the office
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Β£25-35K
Role: Support the sales process by handling administrative tasks, working with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Service Delivery teams. Key duties include preparing quotes and contracts, maintaining CRM records, processing orders, liaising with vendors, and ensuring smooth client onboarding.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate sales reports and dashboards, track KPIs, and support sales governance.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement workflow improvements, and help document standard operating procedures.
Requirements: At least 2 years experience in sales support/operations (preferably in IT/MSP), strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail. Familiarity with IT products and licensing is a plus.
