TRIBE Recruitment are partnering with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial manufacturing business to appoint a Financial Controller to support the next phase of brand and business growth. This is a broad, commercial and hands-on FC role in a business where finance is fully embedded in the operation, partnering with commercial and ops teams, shaping decisions, and getting involved in genuinely interesting projects.

The Role
- Own the day-to-day finance function and manage a small team
- Lead month-end, management accounts, budgeting and forecasting
- Partner with commercial and operations teams on pricing, tenders, and margins
- Build and evaluate capex business cases
- Improve processes, controls, and reporting as the business scales
- Get involved in a wider range of ad-hoc and growth-focused projects
The Person
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience as a Finance Manager looking to step up into a Financial Controller role
- Background in manufacturing, logistics or a fast-paced consumer business
- Commercially minded, curious, and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
- Hands-on, collaborative, and happy being close to the detail
The Package
£70,000–£75,000 base salary
