About the role

Tribe is an award-winning Shopify Plus agency partnering with ambitious DTC brands in food, drink, beauty and wellness. We design, build and grow ecommerce experiences for brands that people genuinely love, and we’re proud to be really good at it.

We’re a team of 20 designers, developers, growth specialists and brand strategists who genuinely love what we do. We bring real technical depth and commercial thinking together under one roof to help ambitious brands scale in a way that lasts. We care about doing great work. And we’re looking for people who feel the same way.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ experience who wants to build a genuine career in paid media, has an itch for data and AI tooling, and gets excited by consumer brands.

You’ll support the delivery of paid campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Snap and the Google ecosystem, working across a broad account list of ambitious brands. You won’t be expected to be an expert across every channel, we’re looking for smarts, curiosity and a genuine eagerness to learn, backed by a team who’ll teach you the rest. Just as important, you need to be a strong communicator who’s willing to get stuck in and support the wider team, not sit back and wait to be told what to do.

This role reports into our Paid Media Manager and Head of Growth, and you’ll be working in a team of six.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Paid Media Manager in the day-to-day management and optimisation of campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Snap and Google.
  • Help build, launch and monitor campaigns, keeping a close eye on performance and flagging opportunities or issues early.
  • Write clear, insight-led briefs for the design team based on what’s actually driving results.
  • Support the testing of new ad concepts, formats and audiences across channels.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Pull and interpret data from GA4, Looker Studio and platform-native reporting tools, turning numbers into clear takeaways.
  • Support the build and upkeep of client dashboards, accurate and telling a clear story rather than just presenting figures.
  • Help track key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CPA and MER, and understand how they connect to the wider commercial picture.

Tooling and Strategy

  • Bring genuine curiosity to AI tools and platforms, we’re building an AI-enabled delivery model and want people who want to help shape it, not just adopt it.
  • Support creative strategy conversations, helping connect what’s performing in the data to what the design team produces next.
  • Stay on top of platform updates and new features across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and Snap.

What we’re looking for

Experience and Skills

  • 1–2 years’ hands‑on experience with paid media (agency, in‑house or freelance), you don’t need to be expert across every channel, but you should understand the fundamentals and have run or supported live campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication: briefs, reports and client‑facing updates, and the confidence to speak up in a team setting.
  • A real interest in analytics: you like digging into numbers and drawing out what they actually mean.
  • A genuine curiosity about AI tooling and how it’s changing paid media and creative strategy.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with a lot of context switching.

The Right Person

  • A strong communicator. You can explain your thinking clearly, ask good questions, and keep people in the loop without being chased.
  • Willing to get stuck in. You support the team wherever it’s needed, not just your own patch.
  • Analytical by nature. Numbers interest you, and you don’t stop at the first answer.
  • Detail‑focused. You catch the small things before they become big problems.
  • Proactive. You flag issues early and follow up without being chased.
  • Genuinely interested in the brands on Tribe’s roster and curious about consumer and DTC more broadly.
