We're looking for a designer who thinks commercially, works fast, and cares deeply about craft — someone who can hold a brand and run with it.

Who we are

Tribe Studio is a Shopify Plus agency built for ambitious DTC brands. We work with some of the most exciting names across food, drink, beauty, and wellness — helping them grow through sharp creative, technical excellence, and data-led strategy. Our team is small, skilled, and commercially focused. We move quickly, hold high standards, and genuinely care about the brands we work with. Design sits at the heart of everything we do — from the first brand touchpoint to conversion-optimised product pages and retention campaigns.

What you’ll be doing

This is a hands‑on mid-weight design role working across the full DTC brand spectrum. You’ll sit within our design team of four, and agency of twenty, supporting both our growth and development functions — producing work that’s on-brand, conversion-aware, and consistently excellent. Day-to-day, expect a mix of email design, paid social creative, and light UX/UI work for Shopify websites. You’ll pick up brand guidelines quickly and run with them — briefing yourself efficiently and delivering assets that perform as well as they look.

What you’ll own

  • Email design for Klaviyo campaigns and flows
  • Paid media assets across Meta and other social channels
  • Brand-led design across multiple DTC clients in food, drink, beauty and wellness
  • Light UX/UI work for Shopify — PDPs, landing pages, and banners
  • Asset production to tight briefs and tight deadlines
  • Design QA — reviewing your own work against brand guidelines
  • Figma handoffs for the development team
  • Contributing to creative reviews and internal critique
  • Supporting the wider design team across larger projects

Skills & experience

You’ll be a confident mid-weight with 3–5 years of experience, ideally from an agency or in-house DTC environment. You know how to interpret a brief, hold a brand, and produce polished work at pace. Strong brand sensibility — you understand how brands behave, not just how they look. Highly proficient in Figma — clean, well-organised files as standard. Skilled in paid media creative — static, carousel, and motion assets. Comfortable with light UX/web design for ecommerce (Shopify experience helpful). Fast, accurate, and self-sufficient — you don’t need hand-holding. Naturally collaborative within a small, busy creative team. Portfolio that demonstrates brand depth, not just aesthetic range.
