You MUST have 5 years sales experience in the IT & Telecoms VAR sector to be considered for the role.

My client is expanding their sales team and looking for experienced Sales Executives/Account Managers from small to mid-sized VARs (ideally sub-£50m) who can bring transferable, transactional business and hit the ground running.

This role is 100% remote, with only three in-person events per year. It suits someone mature, disciplined, and self-motivated, someone who thrives in a remote environment and values the autonomy it brings.

  • Bringing across transferable, transactional business and expanding it
  • Developing new business within SMB, mid-market, and non-framework public sector
  • Producing quotes, proposals, and commercial documentation
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
  • Positioning the businesses full portfolio, including hardware, software, cloud, and security

Minimum 5 years experience in a VAR sales or account management role.

Experience selling into corporate customers or public sector accounts that do not require framework access.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to win, grow, and retain accounts.

Comfortable working fully remotely with a disciplined, self-driven approach.

MSPs or professional services-led businesses.

Environments with long sales cycles.

Candidates without transferable business or without ownership of their accounts.

£35,000 - £60,000 base depending on experience and expected GP. No threshold for the first 6 months; commission paid at 25% from pound one.
