We’re on the hunt for a YouTube & Paid Social Manager to lead the charge on all things video and social performance. You’ll be owning campaigns, making creative magic happen, and turning budgets into beautiful results.
- Running YouTube campaigns like a boss – from strategy to reporting
- Managing paid social across Meta, TikTok, and beyond (the algorithm is your playground)
- Collaborating with creatives to make ads people actually want to watch
- Testing, tweaking, scaling – and then bragging about your results (we love a humble brag)
- Bringing new ideas to the table (there’s always room at the table)

- You’ve done this before – 4+ years of hands-on experience in YouTube & paid social
