About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior SEO Manager to lead our search strategy and drive organic growth. This role is perfect for someone who loves combining technical SEO expertise with content and outreach strategies to deliver measurable results. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO is integrated into every part of our marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend monitoring
• Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices
• Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve technical issues
• Analyse performance data, prepare reports, and present insights to stakeholders
• Stay ahead of SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally across both B2B and B2C sectors
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in rankings, traffic, and conversions
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects

Nice to Have

• Experience with international SEO and multi-language sites
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or HubSpot
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
