What You’ll Be Doing
As our Senior Paid Media Executive, you’ll be the engine behind our paid strategy, taking the reins of campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. You’ll collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to drive acquisition, growth, and ROI across key markets. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Planning, executing & optimising paid media campaigns across social & search
- Daily performance tracking & analysis – you’ll spot trends and pivot fast
- Managing budgets, bids, and forecasts to maximise ROI
- Working with creative teams to test and refine ad concepts and formats
- Keeping us ahead of the curve with platform trends and betas
- Reporting to the Head of Performance, with plenty of room to grow
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience in paid media (agency or in-house)
- Proven results driving performance in retail or ecommerce
- Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of campaign optimisation
- Comfortable managing six-figure monthly budgets
- Strategic thinker with a get-it-done attitude
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and ideally platforms like TikTok or Pinterest
- Bonus points for experience with GA4, Shopify, or feed management tools
