We’re a fast-growing marketing agency with big ambitions, a brilliant team, and a shared hatred of boring campaigns. We’re on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Manager who knows their ROAS from their elbow, can juggle channels like a pro, and is as comfortable talking strategy as they are tweaking UTM parameters.
If you love growth, data, and the occasional Friday cocktail/mocktail — read on.
What You’ll Do
As our new Performance Marketing Maestro, you’ll be driving results across a mix of paid media channels — helping our clients (and us) grow smarter, faster, and louder (but never sloppier). Your day-to-day could include:
- Running paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and any other platform that moves the needle
- Building smart strategies that align with client goals, audience behaviour, and budget realities
- Managing campaign set-up, testing, optimisation, and reporting like an absolute beast
- Collaborating with creatives to ensure ads look as good as they perform
- Reporting on performance with clarity, honesty, and just the right number of gifs
- Staying ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and platform quirks (because nothing stays the same for long)
What You Bring
- 3+ years in performance marketing, ideally in an agency setting
- Strong experience across Google Ads and Meta — bonus points for TikTok, LinkedIn, or Pinterest knowledge
- Comfort with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and a healthy obsession with attribution
- A test-and-learn mindset with the results to back it up
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns without losing your mind (or your to-do list)
- Confidence, curiosity, and a sense of humour — we work hard but we laugh a lot too
What You Get
- Hybrid working: 2 days a week in our Central London office (and yes, there’s good coffee nearby)
- Flexible hours, because life doesn’t always fit into a 9–5
- A say in how we grow — we’re small enough for your voice to matter
- Learning budget to fuel your professional glow-up
- Team lunches, creative brainstorms, and monthly socials (some classy, some very much not)
- A collaborative team that actually likes each other (weird, we know)
