Role Overview:
As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising paid media campaigns across PPC and paid social platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant channels. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, create strategic media plans, and execute campaigns that drive measurable ROI. You will also have the opportunity to lead a small team, mentor junior team members, and contribute to overall agency strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven PPC and paid social strategies across multiple platforms.
- Plan, set up, and manage campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

- Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns to meet KPIs and improve performance.
- Create compelling ad copy and oversee creative development in collaboration with design teams.

- Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide regular reports and insights.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of ad spend.
- Test and implement new campaign approaches, including A/B testing and bid strategy adjustments.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns, ideally within an agency setting.
