We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join our team in London. If you’re a pro at managing multi-channel ad campaigns and love diving into performance data to optimise results, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximise ROI and meet performance targets.
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to refine campaigns.
  • Write compelling ad copy and work with the design team to create effective visuals.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Prepare detailed reports on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS, and present insights to the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media management—agency or in-house.
  • Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a plus.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
