What You'll Be Doing:
- Running paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and whatever’s next —from idea to glorious ROI.
- Obsessively optimizing ads, bidding strategies, and targeting like a data-loving detective.
- Creating reports so clear and insightful, they make stakeholders weep (with joy).
- Testing everything: headlines, CTAs, audiences, your colleagues’ patience (just kidding… kind of).
- Collaborating with creative teams to craft scroll-stopping ads that people actually want to click.
- Keeping an eye on trends, platform updates, and what the algorithm gods are up to.
You're Probably a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1–3 years of hands-on experience running paid media campaigns.
- Are fluent in PPC lingo —CPC, CTR, ROAS, LTV, you name it.
- Think spreadsheets are sexy and dashboards are art.
- Are part scientist (testing & data), part magician (creative intuition).
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a “let’s try it!” mindset.
- Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in CRO, GA4, or performance creative.
