We’re seeking an experienced Paid Media Director to lead our paid media strategy and drive growth. If you have a proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and a knack for turning data into actionable insights, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and oversee the paid media strategy across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage substantial budgets effectively to maximise ROI and achieve business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of paid media specialists, ensuring best practices and continuous development.
- Collaborate with the content, SEO, and analytics teams to align strategies and drive results.
- Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Meta Business Suite.
