About Us
We’re a digital agency working with fast-moving consumer brands across ecommerce, retail, and lifestyle. We build and manage paid media campaigns that deliver real results—focused on growth, efficiency, and actionable insights.
The Role
This is a hands-on execution and optimisation role. You’ll be managing paid search and social campaigns across a mix of clients—running audits, building new campaigns, and optimising existing ones. We're looking for someone confident in platform setup, data interpretation, and fast turnarounds. You’ll work closely with our in-house strategists and client leads, but you’ll own the day-to-day performance and channel execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMAX) and Meta Ads
- Conduct audits of existing campaigns and recommend improvements
- Monitor performance, make data-led optimisations, and communicate key results
- Support with ad copy, keyword research, creative recommendations, and testing
- Report on performance weekly (using platform dashboards, GA4, and/or Looker Studio)
- Keep campaigns on budget and aligned with client targets (ROAS, CPA, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on creative, landing pages, and goals
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with paid search and paid social, ideally in an agency or freelance capacity
- Proven track record managing campaigns for ecommerce or B2C brands
- Confident using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Shopping, PMAX, and GA4
- Able to work independently and manage deadlines without hand-holding
- Strong understanding of performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, LTV, MER, etc.
- Available to start quickly and commit for a minimum of 3 months
- Bonus: experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or TikTok Ads
What We Offer
- Day rate: Competitive, based on experience
- 3-month contract with potential to extend
- Flexible, remote working
- Collaborative and supportive team
- Exposure to exciting brands and campaign types
