Role Overview
We’re looking for a talented Digital Media Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll plan, execute, optimise, and report on multi-channel campaigns, working across paid social, display, programmatic, video, and search. You’ll collaborate with creative, account management, and analytics teams to ensure every campaign delivers maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, launching, and managing paid media campaigns (PPC, social, programmatic, video, and display).
- Monitor campaign performance daily, making data-driven optimisations to hit KPIs.
- Conduct audience, keyword, and market research to inform targeting and creative strategies.
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure assets are on-brand, on-spec, and on-time.
- Manage budgets and pacing across multiple campaigns to ensure efficient delivery.
- Analyse results and create reports with clear, actionable insights for clients.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising opportunities.
- Support the team in preparing client presentations, proposals, and performance reviews.
Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of digital channels including paid social, PPC, display, and video.
- Hands-on experience with campaign platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360).
- Confident using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to interpret data and identify opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau).
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with eCommerce or performance-driven campaigns.
