About Us
We’re a fast-moving, boundary-pushing digital agency that partners with ambitious brands to scale smarter and faster. From DTC rocketships to global B2B giants, we build and execute performance strategies that get results and make noise. Our vibe? Smart, bold, collaborative — and always one step ahead.
We’re now on the hunt for a Paid Media Director to take our performance engine to the next level. You’ll shape strategy, lead delivery, and drive results across our growing portfolio of high-impact client campaigns. If you live and breathe paid media, love big ideas as much as data, and want to help build something exciting — we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead paid media strategy across PPC, Paid Social, Display, and emerging platforms — from pitch to post-launch.
- Manage a portfolio of performance-led client accounts, ensuring every campaign is ROI-driven and creatively sharp.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, and Data teams to deliver campaigns that convert and stand out.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a small but mighty media team (and freelancers/agencies where needed).
- Own media planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Stay on top of industry changes, platform updates, and tools — turning knowledge into competitive advantage.
- Be the go-to for clients when it comes to paid strategy — trusted, sharp, and proactive.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in paid media (agency-side a must).
- Mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major platforms.
- Proven ability to manage high-budget campaigns and deliver strong ROAS.
- Strategic thinker who can zoom out and lead, but still gets into the weeds when needed.
- Confident communicator — with clients, teams, and platforms.
- A leader with a bias for action, curiosity, and accountability.
- Bonus: experience with TikTok, YouTube, GA4, or tools like Supermetrics and Looker Studio.
What You’ll Get
- £55,000 salary
- ♀️ Flexible, remote-friendly working culture
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Annual learning & development budget
- Regular team socials, creative workshops & guest speakers
- A say in shaping the future of the agency — we’re still growing, and your voice matters
- A fast-paced, ambitious environment that never stops evolving
