The Role

  • Contribute at a senior level to the digital strategy for the agency and its clients.
  • Direct the strategy and execution of digital media campaigns for key accounts.
  • Set and oversee best practices for digital media activities.
  • Lead the internal process for digital media planning, buying, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with teams across digital strategy, BI, data, creative, and content to ensure a robust approach for clients.
  • Develop and enhance the quality of the digital media team’s output.

Experience Required

  • 5+ years of experience in an agency or media owner environment.
  • Client-facing experience, including leading relationships and meetings.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring team members.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple digital accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with creative production teams to troubleshoot and update creative assets.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta, Google, and Display platforms.
