The Role
- Contribute at a senior level to the digital strategy for the agency and its clients.
- Direct the strategy and execution of digital media campaigns for key accounts.
- Set and oversee best practices for digital media activities.
- Lead the internal process for digital media planning, buying, and reporting.
- Collaborate with teams across digital strategy, BI, data, creative, and content to ensure a robust approach for clients.
- Develop and enhance the quality of the digital media team’s output.
Experience Required
Essential:
- 5+ years of experience in an agency or media owner environment.
- Client-facing experience, including leading relationships and meetings.
- Experience in managing and mentoring team members.
- Proven ability to manage multiple digital accounts simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with creative production teams to troubleshoot and update creative assets.
- Strong knowledge of Meta, Google, and Display platforms.
