From grassroots gigs to international stadium tours, we partner with promoters, artists, and venues to drive ticket sales and fan engagement through data-led digital campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Lead campaign planning and media strategy across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snap), PPC (Google, YouTube), and Programmatic (DV360 or equivalent)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients – translating goals into actionable digital plans and presenting campaign recommendations and results
- Oversee day-to-day campaign setup and optimisation in collaboration with channel specialists and media buyers
- Build and maintain campaign frameworks, media plans, timelines, budgets, and performance forecasts
- Deliver clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, fan behaviours, and innovations in ad tech
- Mentor junior team members and help shape internal processes and best practices
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years’ experience in performance marketing across multiple digital channels (paid social is a must; PPC and programmatic a strong plus)
- Strong experience in a client-facing role – agency or in-house
- Deep understanding of media planning, attribution models, tracking (GA4, UTM, pixels), and conversion funnels
- Commercial acumen – confident managing budgets and optimising campaigns to drive ROAS and CPA goals
- Experience presenting campaign strategies and results to senior stakeholders
- A passion for live music, fan culture, and entertainment
- Bonus: familiarity with platforms like TikTok Ads, DV360, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Spotify Ad Studio
