We’re on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Executive who’s passionate about all things digital, especially performance marketing. You’ll support the day-to-day management of paid media, email marketing, and campaign performance across a range of exciting clients. You don’t need to know everything yet—we’ll train and support you—but you should be curious, switched on, and ready to get your hands dirty in real campaigns that drive real results.
What You’ll Do
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid social, PPC, email, and more
- Help manage and optimize campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Assist in reporting and pulling key performance data (don’t worry—we’ll show you the ropes!)
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to help brief ads, copy, and landing pages
- Stay on top of digital trends, consumer behavior, and platform updates
- Pitch in on brainstorming sessions, new ideas, and performance audits
- Support account managers in keeping client deliverables organized, on time, and on point
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house—internships count!)
- Basic knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) is a big plus
- A genuine passion for marketing and helping brands grow
- Great attention to detail—you catch the little things others miss
- A proactive attitude—you’re eager to learn and not afraid to speak up
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with data, even if you’re not a spreadsheet wizard (yet)
