About Us
We’re a digital agency that helps consumer brands grow through strategic, performance-led paid media. Our clients range from fast-scaling DTC brands to established retailers, and we focus on delivering real, measurable results—not vanity metrics.
We work across paid social, search, shopping, and emerging platforms, combining smart strategy, creative testing, and sharp analysis to drive consistent growth.
The Role
We\’re looking for a Paid Media Account Director to lead client relationships and paid media strategy across a portfolio of B2C brands. You’ll be the key strategic contact for your clients, working closely with our internal teams to plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and beyond.
This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing inside out, knows how to manage clients and internal teams with clarity, and can keep campaigns running smoothly while spotting opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, planning, and performance oversight across paid channels for your clients
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients—owning communications, reporting, and long-term planning
- Work closely with channel specialists, analysts, and creatives to deliver impactful, high-performing campaigns
- Guide account pacing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring goals are met or exceeded
- Present insights, strategic recommendations, and new opportunities clearly and confidently
- Troubleshoot issues, manage expectations, and keep all stakeholders aligned
- Mentor junior team members and support overall team development
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social and paid search
- A strong track record in client services and campaign performance—preferably in an agency environment
- Hands-on understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMAX), and performance KPIs like ROAS, CPA, LTV, etc.
- Confident presenting to clients and translating data into strategy
- Highly organized and calm under pressure, with great communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
- Bonus if you’ve worked with ecommerce clients and tools like Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, or Triple Whale
What We Offer
- Competitive salary with performance-related bonuses
- Remote flexibility with a strong, connected team culture
- Access to a wide range of exciting consumer brands
- Clear growth opportunities and support from a collaborative leadership team
- Regular knowledge-sharing, development support, and space to shape your role
