Key Responsibilities

  • Apply strong technical expertise to the installation, servicing, and maintenance of equipment and associated pipework.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams, ensuring clients are kept informed throughout each job.
  • Act as a positive ambassador for the company at all times, representing our values on site and with customers.
  • Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, ensuring all regulations are adhered to and on-site risk assessments are completed prior to work commencing.
  • Deliver all work in line with manufacturer guidelines, relevant regulations, and designs approved by the client.
  • Stay up to date with changes in industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Proactively identify and communicate issues, explaining technical problems clearly to clients or their representatives.
  • Inspect, manage, and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are safe and fit for purpose.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in personal performance, team processes, and systems, reporting these through the company quality system.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately to meet regulatory requirements and ISO9001:2015 quality standards.
