Social Commerce Manager

We’re looking for a Social Commerce Manager to join a growing beauty-focused business, taking ownership of paid social and TikTok Shop activity.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how social content, creators and paid media come together to drive ecommerce growth. You’ll manage campaigns across paid social while helping to grow TikTok Shop into a key revenue channel.
The Role
- Manage and optimise paid social campaigns, primarily across Meta and TikTok.
- Own the day-to-day management and growth of TikTok Shop.
- Develop social commerce strategies focused on customer acquisition, revenue and ROAS.
- Manage TikTok Shop campaigns, promotions, product listings and trading activity.
- Identify and work with creators and affiliates to increase reach and sales.
- Develop creative briefs and identify content that can be scaled through paid media.
- Monitor performance across paid social and social commerce, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Support product launches, promotions and key beauty retail moments.
- Stay on top of TikTok trends, platform developments and emerging social commerce opportunities.
About You
You’ll have experience across paid social, ecommerce or social commerce, ideally within the beauty, skincare, cosmetics or wider consumer space.
You’ll be confident using Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads, with experience of TikTok Shop highly desirable.
You’ll understand how creators, content and performance media work together to generate sales, and you’ll be comfortable working with ecommerce metrics including ROAS, CPA, revenue and conversion rate.
We’re looking for someone commercial, creative and proactive who genuinely understands social-first brands and the fast-moving beauty landscape.
