Are you early in your paid search career and keen to build hands-on experience across high-performing ecommerce accounts? We’re working with a fast-growing digital agency in London looking for a PPC Executive to support the delivery and optimisation of search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads. This is a great opportunity to learn from senior specialists while developing strong foundations in performance marketing.
The Role
As a PPC Executive, you’ll support the day-to-day running of paid search campaigns, helping to optimise performance, analyse data, and implement best-practice changes. You’ll work closely with PPC Managers and the wider performance team to drive results for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup, management, and optimisation of PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Conduct keyword research and assist with account builds and restructures
- Write and test ad copy to improve CTR and Quality Score
- Monitor budgets, bids, and performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA)
- Assist with ongoing optimisation to improve efficiency and ROI
- Produce performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients
- Stay up to date with PPC best practices, tools, and platform updates
What You Bring
- 6–18 months’ experience in PPC (agency or in-house)
- Basic understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to grow in performance marketing
