Social Media Manager (Beauty & TikTok Focus)

About the Role
We're looking for a creative, trend-obsessed Social Media Manager to join our growing beauty marketing agency. You'll lead organic social strategies for beauty brands with a strong focus on TikTok, creating content that drives engagement, grows communities and delivers real commercial results.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media strategies for multiple beauty clients.
- Create engaging TikTok-first content, including filming, editing and publishing.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars across TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.
- Monitor TikTok trends, sounds, creators and viral moments.
- Manage TikTok Shop campaigns and product launches.
- Coordinate influencer and creator collaborations.
- Produce TikTok LIVE content and support live shopping events.
- Write engaging captions and optimise content for each platform.
- Monitor performance using TikTok Analytics, Meta Insights and Google Analytics.
- Report on KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth and conversions.
