We’re partnering with an AI-focused digital agency that’s growing fast and looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead strategy across a mix of ambitious brands. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who lives and breathes Technical SEO but also understands how content, AI and search behaviour are evolving together. You’ll work closely with clients, lead strategy conversations, and help shape modern SEO campaigns built for both traditional search and AI-driven discovery.

The Role

This is a heavily technical role, with around:

  • 70% Technical SEO
  • 30% Content & On-Page Strategy

You’ll be the go-to SEO expert across multiple accounts, owning strategy, performance and client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading Technical SEO strategy across a portfolio of client accounts
  • Running audits covering crawlability, indexing, site structure, Core Web Vitals and performance
  • Working closely with developers to implement SEO recommendations
  • Identifying opportunities around AI search, LLM visibility and evolving search behaviour
  • Supporting content strategy with keyword insights, topical authority planning and on-page optimisation
  • Managing client relationships and leading regular strategy calls
  • Creating clear, actionable reports and presenting performance updates
  • Collaborating with Paid Media, Content and Data teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Staying ahead of SEO trends, AI developments and algorithm updates

What They’re Looking For

  • Strong Technical SEO background within an agency environment
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Comfortable leading client conversations and building strong relationships
  • Strong understanding of crawling, indexing, site architecture and technical audits
  • Experience using tools like Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush
  • Good understanding of content SEO and search intent
  • Interest in AI-driven search, automation and the future of SEO
  • Confident communicator with a commercial mindset

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with AI tools and automation workflows
  • Exposure to international SEO or large-scale websites
  • Knowledge of Python, SQL or data visualisation tools
