We are seeking an experienced French-speaking Paid Media Manager to join our international digital marketing team. This remote UK-based role will focus on planning, managing, and optimising paid media campaigns across French-speaking markets.
The successful candidate will be fluent in French and English, highly analytical, and confident managing multi-channel performance marketing campaigns with strong ROI and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage paid media campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube
- Programmatic advertising platforms
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance to achieve KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for French-speaking markets
- Write and localise ad copy in French and English
- Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, and spend allocation
- Analyse campaign data and provide performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to improve campaign effectiveness
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates
- Fluent/native French and professional English proficiency
- 2+ years of experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing
- Strong experience with:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Tag Manager
- Experience managing paid social and PPC campaigns across multiple platforms
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Agency experience is desirable
- Google Ads Certifications
- Experience targeting EMEA or French-speaking audiences
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and attribution modelling
- Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
- Fully remote working within the UK
