The Role
We’re looking for a creative and hands‑on Social Media Manager to join a fast-growing brand within the hospitality and food space. This role will be responsible for owning and executing the social media strategy, creating engaging content, and building a strong online community. You’ll play a key role in bringing the brand to life across social platforms, driving engagement, and supporting overall brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day activity across all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand tone and campaigns
- Shoot and edit high‑quality video content for social (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
- Own community management – responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers
- Monitor trends and proactively create reactive content
- Track performance and optimise content based on insights and analytics
- Collaborate with marketing and wider teams on campaigns and launches
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Background in hospitality, food, or lifestyle brands preferred
- Strong video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
- Experience creating engaging, platform-native content (especially short‑form video)
- Excellent community management and communication skills
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for trends and storytelling
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have
- Experience working with influencers or UGC creators
- Basic photography skills
- Understanding of paid social
